PAYMENT TERMS - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Paypal. TAXES - Customer shall pay all sales, use, duties, or any other Federal or State tax required by law to be collected and paid to SimplifyRepair. DELIVERY - SimplifyRepair shall retain title to product until full payment of the purchase price of product has been received. All shipping costs including customs, duties, taxes and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. DAMAGES/SHORTAGE CLAIMS - Customer agrees to inspect all shipments upon receipt and note any visible damage before signing at delivery, and to retain all packing materials for carrier inspection. All claims for shortages, loss or damage must be reported to SimplifyRepair within 7 days of receipt. WARRANTY - SimplifyRepair offers a 3 month warranty on all repairs and products not sold in "as is" condition, effective on the original shipping date from SimplifyRepair. This warranty does not extend to failure due to damage which occurs in shipment or goods subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation or maintenance, or which have been altered or repaired by anyone other than SimplifyRepair. If the serial number label that SimplifyRepair affixes to the product is broken or removed, the warranty will be invalidated. Customer is responsible for freight costs and secure packaging when returning product.
